How do I measure my floor?  

The easiest way to understand the total cost of your new floor is calculating the size of your room(s) in m2. This is usually relatively easy, although can be more complex depending on the shape of the room. To calculate your room size, multiply the length and width together. If the room is an irregular shape, we suggest splitting the room into independent rectangles/squares and calculating each section individually. The size of each section is then added together to get the total area of the room.  

We also recommend adding a 10% wastage to your final quantity to cover any trimmings or awkward room layouts. The easiest way to do this is to multiply the m2 area of your room by 1.10.

How do I get in touch with you?

How do I request a sample?  

We know that sometimes you want to experiment with different shades and wood styles before making a final decision. That’s why we’ve made it super easy - you can order up to three regular sized samples for a small fee of £1.50 each. Alternatively you may want to order one of our larger samples for a cost of £5.00. 

Once you’ve found a flooring you like, add it to your basket and follow the instructions at the checkout. Your sample(s) will be sent to you within 2-3 business days.  

Do you provide a fitting service?  

No, we do not provide a fitting service. All of our floors are manufactured to the highest quality with an easy-to-install click installation system.  

What is your returns policy?

How long does delivery take?  

With standard kerbside delivery, your order will arrive within three to five business days. You will always be informed if your order will take longer than expected.  

If you need your order quicker, you can opt for next day delivery at checkout (if placed before 12.00 noon) for an additional fee.

How do I care for my new floor?  

A high-quality floor will last you for decades, but only if it is properly cared for with proper maintenance. Please refer to the maintenance guides specific to each product which can be downloaded from the product pages on our website.

At the bottom of each product page on our website you will find a link to download the Technical Specification and the Installation Guidelines which are specific to each product. Please refer to this for guidance regarding the product or how to install it. Do you have a showroom?  

We have a large showroom based in Worcester which is open to the public Monday to Friday 9.30am – 5pm. Visit us at Unit 17 Great Western Business Park, McKenzie Way, Worcester WR4 9GN.
