At The Wood Flooring Co. we want you to love your new floor as much as we do, which is why we offer a sample delivery service. This enables you to view our engineered wood, laminate or click-vinyl flooring options within your own home, so that you can be certain of your decision before making your final purchase. 

For a limited time only, we are making our standard flooring samples completely free of charge. Simply select  'request a sample' on your chosen product page and check out with your sample in the usual way. You can select up to three of your favourite standard samples to be delivered to you for free within 2-3 working days.

Getting to know our collections

We have categorised our wood flooring into three distinct collections - Heritage, Signature and Contemporary to hopefully make it easier for you to filter your options. 

If you're after a floor that will give an overall modern edge to your environment start with our Contemporary Collection.

Our Heritage Collection incorporates handcrafted planks with characterful charm and textured surfaces to give the impression of a wood floor which has been around for years.

For those who love all that is classic about wood flooring, start with our Signature Collection. Hand-selected for its classic oak tones and rustic grade planks, the Signature Collection celebrates all that is timeless about wood flooring.  

Our laminate flooring collection is simply categorised into the Alpine Collection and the Urban Collection. The Alpine Collection with its laid back tones and authentic grains is ideal for contemporary, laid back living. Whilst the Urban Collection is distinguished by its over-sized planks, guaranteed to add impact and create a focal point in any space. 

Larger samples available

If you want to gain a better idea of the overall plank variations, we also offer a larger subsidised sample option for £5. These samples measure 400mm in length and so are almost double the size of our standard samples. This sample option enables you to see a larger cross section of the floor grain and tone. Our customers find this option particularly helpful when opting for engineered wood, due to its unique charm and characterful grain which can vary across the floor. 

In stock for Next Day delivery

Once you have viewed your samples within the comfort of your home and found the right floor for you, you can check the stock of your chosen flooring on our website. On each product page you will be shown how many packs we have left in stock (and how many metres that equates to). We try to maintain a good level of stock of every product in our collections so that we can provide customers with an efficient service and speedy delivery. 

Once you place your order it will arrive to you within 3-5 working days, or you can opt for Next Day delivery for an additional fee if you need it quicker (orders placed before midday).

If you do see on our site that we don't have enough stock to fulfil your order, please give our team a call on 01905 340238 and we will be happy to check an estimated dispatch date for you.

At The Wood Flooring Co. We're passionate about our collections and we really do want our customers to love their new floor. Our sample service will hopefully ensure that you make the right decision for you. However we do understand that things don't always go to plan and you may not be completely happy with your choice. In this case we just ask that you get in touch with us as soon as possible so that we can arrange your return with you. As long as the goods are returned within our timeframes and in a resaleable condition, you will be entitled to a full refund.
